Sitting up on the tee, enjoying the sun, the golf ball prepared itself to be hit again and took a deep breath.
WHACK!
Air ripped past the golf ball as it soared through the sky. For a moment, the people down below lost track of it in the clouds. The people down below jump and scream. Some pray for the ball to pull left or right, to keep going or to plummet so the ball can land where they want.
Just as the golf ball felt that it could travel no higher, the earth grew bigger and bigger as gravity pulled the ball down.
The people kept screaming, jumping, and clapping.
The ball finally landed in some patch of green, and the people all screamed even louder. Then the ball got smacked around on the ground for a while.
